Leadership changes at AGRU align sales and technical functions into an industry-leading team of environmental and infrastructure professionals.
Georgetown, SC, April 1, 2026 — AGRU America, Inc. (“AGRU”) today announces key leadership changes, with Chris Eichelberger assuming the role of Chief Sales Officer and Executive Vice President of Sales, joining AGRU’s executive leadership team, and Michael Gnau becoming Senior Vice President, Lining Systems. Both leaders are taking on their new responsibilities immediately to ensure a smooth, effective transition across the company.

Mr. Eichelberger has been with AGRU America since 2015 and has over 25 years of experience in the geosynthetics and lining industry in a variety of roles. His expanded role will strengthen cross organizational alignment, drive strategic market initiatives, and enhance the company’s ability to deliver coordinated, best in class solutions across multiple infrastructures.

Mr. Gnau has been with the company since 2014 and will guide the Lining Systems division’s ongoing growth, deepen AGRU’s technical capabilities, and continue to support lining customers with unmatched expertise, service, and innovation. Assuming Mr. Gnau’s prior responsibilities will be Ryan McNamara, who has been promoted to Eastern Region Manager, Lining Systems. Mr. McNamara has been with AGRU since 2023.
